摘  要:目的 探讨肝细胞因子受体(C - Met)和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP -9)与星形细胞肿瘤血管生成、病理学分型的关系及C - Met和MMP -9之间的相互关系.方法 应用免疫组化(S-P)方法对93例星形细胞瘤组织中的C - Met、MMP -9和微血管密度(MVD)进行检测.应用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应( FQ - PC R)检测C- Met和MMP -9的mRNA表达.结果 93例星形细胞肿瘤中C - Met和MMP -9的蛋白阳性率分别为97.8%和95.9%,且其表达水平与mRNA表达均随星形细胞瘤恶性程度的增高而增强(P<0.01).星形细胞瘤的MVD随恶性程度的增高而增高(P<0.01),C - Met及MMP -9之间的蛋白及mRNA表达水平存在相关关系(P<0.01).结论 C -Met及MMP -9的增强表达与星形细胞瘤恶性程度及肿瘤新生血管生成有密切关系,其表达可作为判断星形细胞瘤患者预后的指标.Objective To study the expression of C - Met and MMP - 9 in low - grade and high -grade astrocytomas and its correlation with angiogenesis,pathological classification and prognosis.Methods The protein expression of C - Met and MMP - 9 was examined with immunohistochemical staining Method (S- P).The mRNA expression of C- Met and MMP- 9 was examined with RT- PCR.Results The positive rates of C - Met and MMP -9 in 98 astrocyte tumor cells were 97.8% and 95.9%respectively,and the degree of positive cells was in accordance with the malignancy of tumors.The MVD of astrocyte tumors correlated with the malignancy positively.There was correlation between C - Met and MMP - 9.Conclusions The up - regulated expression level of C - Met and MMP - 9 is closely related to the malignancy and angiogenesis of tumors.The expression of protein and mRNA may act as an indicator for the prognosis of patients with astrocyte tumors.
