摘　　要：α-酮酸酯是有机合成及生物代谢的重要中间体,已广泛应用于有机及药物合成。本文总结了近年来芳基α-酮酸酯在有机合成和不对称合成方面的研究进展和应用情况,并对其发展前景作了展望。α-Keto esters,as a type of important compound in organic synthesis and biological metabolism,have been widely applied in organic and pharmaceutical synthesis.This paper summarized the advances of the applications of aryl α-keto esters in organic synthesis and especially in asymmetric organic synthesis;the perspectives of the foreseeable future were also presented.
