基于因子分析法的矿业企业SR水平综合评价

摘　　要：建立矿业企业社会责任的评价指标体系,并应用因子分析法构建评价矿业企业履行社会责任水平的综合评价模型,对8家具有代表性的矿业企业在2008年和2009年履行社会责任的水平进行了综合评价。结果表明,在4类评价指标中,对矿业企业社会履行责任水平贡献最大的是经济因子,其次为法律因子和伦理因子,最后为慈善因子。评价结果较客观地反映了不同矿业企业履行社会责任的水平,说明因子分析法是适合进行矿业企业履行社会责任水平综合评价的一种较好的客观评价方法。矿业企业社会责任指标体系及其综合评价模型的应用将有助于提高矿业企业对社会责任的认知与实践,促进我国矿业企业更好地履行社会责任。The paper establishes the indicator system of social responsibility of mining enterprises and constructs the comprehensive evaluation model of social responsibility of mining enterprises with factor analysis method to analyze the level of social responsibility for 8 representative mining enterprises in 2008 and 2009.The results indicate the economic factor makes the biggest contribution to the level of the social responsibility of mining enterprises,followed by legal factor and ethical factor,finally by charity factor.The evaluation results reflect that the level of social responsibility for different mining enterprises relatively objective,and factor analysis method is suitable to the comprehensive evaluation.The indicator system of social responsibility of mining enterprises and the application of comprehensive evaluation model will improve the cognition and practice of social responsibility and promote fulfillment in social responsibility.
