摘  要:目的应用气相色谱质谱联用技术检测茶叶中三氯杀螨醇等多种农药。方法用振荡器和样品浓缩仪优化样品前提取方法,以气质联用仪分析。结果该方法相对标准偏差在2.71%~5.01%之间,回收率在80.3%~94.2%之间,线性相关系数大于0.9990。结论本方法准确可靠,可应用于茶叶中三氯杀螨醇等多种农药的测定。Objective To determine the kelthane pestcide in tea leaf by gas chromatography mass spectrometry.Methods Kelthane and other pestcides in tea leaf was determined by gas chromatography mass spectrometry.Results The relative standard deviations were 2.71%~5.01% and the recoveries were 80.3%~94.2%.The correlation coefficients for the linear equation was 0.9990~0.9997.Conclusion The result mentioned above indicated that the method was accurate with high recovery and thus it is suitable for determination of kelthane and other pestcides in tea leaf.
