摘 要:目的探讨MCL1蛋白在乳腺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化方法检测78例乳腺癌及40例癌旁正常乳腺组织中MCL1蛋白的表达,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果 MCL1蛋白表达定位于乳腺癌细胞的胞浆及胞核,阳性率为49.11%,在癌旁正常乳腺组织中几乎不表达。MCL1蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达显著高于癌旁正常乳腺组织(P<0.01)。此外,MCL1蛋白阳性表达率在临床病理Ⅲ期组织中明显高于Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期(P=0.001),伴淋巴结转移者的表达显著高于无淋巴结转移者(P=0.018),其表达与年龄和肿瘤大小无关。结论 MCL1蛋白表达与乳腺癌发生、分化程度和淋巴结转移相关。MCL1基因可作为乳腺癌治疗的有效靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of MCL1 protein in breast cancer and to explore the relationship between MCL1 protein expression and development of breast cancer. Methods Expression of MCL1 protein was examined by immunohistochemical technology. Results MCL1 protein expression was located in the nucleus and cytoplasm in breast cancer, and the positive rate of MCL1 protein expression was 49.11%. There is almost no expression in the normal tissues adjacent to carcinoma lesions. Statistical analysis showed that MCL1 expression was significantly associated with clinicopathological staging (P = 0.001 ) and lymph node involvement (P =0. 018). No correlation was found between MCL1 protein expression and age or tumor size. Conclusions MCL1 protein expression is related to the carcinogenesis, differentiation and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.
