超声造影与彩色多普勒超声对乳腺结节诊断的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的评价超声造影(acoystic contrast)与彩色多普勒超声(color Doppler ultrasonography)对乳腺结节诊断的临床应用价值。方法对146例经CEUS、CDUS检查的乳腺结节资料进行分析比较,并与术后病理结果对照。结果 146例乳腺结节有86例良性病变,CEUS诊断正确76例,CDUS诊断正确68例(χ2=0.07,P>0.05),CEUS+CDUS诊断正确91例。有60例恶性病变,CEUS诊断正确56例,CEUS正确36例(χ2=3.87,P<0.05),CEUS+CDUS诊断正确60例。结论在乳腺结节良性病变诊断中,CEUS与CDUS无明显统计学差异,但对乳腺恶性肿块的检出,超声造影有明显优势,二者联合诊断乳腺疾病的准确率高于两种方法单独使用,在乳腺疾病的检查中可以发挥优势互补的作用。Evaluation the clinical value of acoystic contrast and color Doppler ultrasonography for the diagnosis of breast nodules. Methods Analyze the data of 146 cases of CEUS, CDUS examination of the breast nodule and compared with postoperative pathologic. Results 146 cases of breast nodules, 86 cases of benign lesions, CEUS correctly diagnosed 76 cases, CDUS diagnosis of 68 cases correctly （χ2=0.07, P〉 0.05）, CEUS ＋ CDUS diagnosis of 91 cases correctly. 60 cases of malignant lesions, CEUS correctly diagnosed 56 cases, CELTS correctly 36 cases （χ2=3.87, P〈0.05）, CEUS ＋ CDUS diagnostic accuracy of 60 cases. Conclusion In the diagnosis of benign lesions of breast nodules, CEUS with CDUS was no significant difference, but the detection of malignant tumor of the breast, acoystic contrast has obvious advantages, the two co-diagnosis of breast disease with high accuracy in both methods used alone, examination in breast disease can play a complementary role.
