摘　　要：中小企业是我国国民经济体系的重要组成部分。中国的国情和外国的经验表明 ,加强对中小企业的金融支持 ,将有利于推动我国的经济增长和增加就业。银行应通过加大贷款力度、加强信贷管理、开展金融创新等措施 ,切实为中小企业提供完善而有效的金融服务。Medium-sized and small-sized enterprises play an important role in the construction of our national economy.Our national condition and experiences from foreign countries indicate that a strong financial support to the development of medium-sized and small-sized enterprises will help push the economic growth of our country and create more employment opportunities.Banks should take effective measures to provide perfect and efficient financial services for the medium-sized and small-sized enterprises through such measures as extending more loans,strengthening credit management,undertaking financial innovation and so on.
