摘　　要：最能体现中医理、法、方、药临床特点的是某一方在某一领域中的运用。文章概述了黄连温胆汤在卒中、失眠、眩晕、认知障碍、抑郁、狂证、嗜睡及脑外伤后综合征等诸脑病临床中的运用,指出其之所以疗效较著,是因为该方切合痰热阻窍之脑病机理。Can manifest the adventages of, law, party, medicine clinical characteristics is a party to the application in a certain area.This paper summarizes the Wendan coptis chinensis franch of soup in stroke, insomnia, dizziness, cognitive impairment, depression, crazy certificate, sleepiness and after brain injury as the encephalopathy syndrome, and points out that the application of clinical curative effect, because the contrast to the party suit phlegmy heat resistance of the opening of encephalopathy mechanism.
