摘　　要：文章试从《难经本义》所传《薛氏医案》本、《古今医统正脉全书》本、《四库全书》本的图释研究入手,分析3种版本图释的关系,以探究其流传脉络,初步探讨《难经本义》的文献价值。This paper studies from the emoticons in different versions of Nanjing Benyi, including Xueshi yi＇an, Gujin Yitong Zhengmai Quanshu and Siku Quanshu. It analyzes the relationship of the emoticons among the three versions to explore the context of its spread, which can make a preliminary inquiry of the literature value in Nanfing Benyi.
