摘　　要：在科学技术不断进步的今天,机器可以为人类完成许多工作,但同时我们更需要机器也具有创造性思维,帮助人们对现实中的问题求解,提供高水平的解决策略。本文利用可拓学的理论和方法来建立"信息—知识—智能形式化体系"的基本框架,为决策者提供更高好的策略生成系统。With the development of the science and technology, the machine can be done a lot of work for mankind, but we also need the machine has a creative thinking to help people solve the real problems with the providing a high level of resolution strategy. In this paper, extension of the theory and methods to create ＂information-knowledge-smart formal system,＂ the basic framework for decision-makers a good strategy to provide higher generation system.
