摘 要:目的:运用fMRI技术观察针刺轻度认知障碍(MC)I患者右侧太溪穴和非穴时不同脑区的激活情况,比较针刺太溪穴与非穴的不同。方法:将24例MCI患者,随机分为太溪穴组和非穴组,分别给予针刺右侧太溪穴和非穴;实验采用单组块设计,分为针刺前静息态、捻针状态及出针后3个模块。扫描后图像使用SPM2进行后处理。结果:针刺太溪穴激活右侧扣带回BA24、双侧额内侧回BA6、左侧中央后回BA3。针刺非穴激活左侧中央后回BA2、左侧顶下小叶BA40、左小脑。结论:与针刺非穴比较,针刺太溪穴靶向性激活了MCI患者病变脑区,且对相关脑区具有整体性调节效应。Objective. To observe the effect of needling Taixi (KI3) and sham point on the activation of various encephalic region in patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI)by functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technique. Methods. Twenty-four patients with MCI were randomly divided into KI3 group and sham point group. The patients received needling right lateral Taixi (KI3) or sham point according to the experimental method. We applied a block design, which included three blocks, resting state, rotating state and needle-withdrawing state. Scanned images were analyzed by SPM2. Results: Right cingulate gyrus(BA24), bilateral medial frontal gyrus(BA6), and left postcentral gyrus(BA3)were evoked after needling Taixi(KI3). Left postcentral gyrus (BA2), left inferior parietal Iobule (BA40), and left cerebellum were evoked after needling sham point. Conclusion. Compared with needling sham point, needling Taixi(KI3) can activate the target-based encephalic region of MCI patients, and has integral adjustment on related encephalic region.
