摘 要:以培养平菇后的棉籽壳菌渣作为吸附材料吸附孔雀石绿溶液,考察了吸附剂用量、反应时间、盐度、染料初始浓度和温度等因素对孔雀石绿的去除率的影响。结果表明:增大产出平菇后的棉籽壳菌渣用量和反应时间,吸附去除率均相应增大;去除率随孔雀石绿初始浓度和盐度的增大而减小。试验数据符合Langmuir和Freundich吸附等温线模型,热力学研究表明染料吸附过程是自发和吸热的过程,高温有利于吸附,最大吸附量可达122.87mg/g。Spent cottonseed hull residue(SCHR),which has been used as pleurotus ostreatus cultivation,was used for the adsorption of malachite green.The effects of some factors,such as SCHR dosage,reaction time,salinity,initial concentration of malachite green and temperature,on the removal of malachite green were investigated.The results showed that: with the augment of SCHR dosage and reaction time,the adsorption removal rate increased,and the rate declined with the increased initial concentration of malachite green and salinity.The isothermal test data of biosorption fit the Langmuir model and the Freundich model well,and the malachite green adsorption onto the biosorbent was spontaneous and endothermic.Higher temperature benefited the adsorption,and the maximum capacity of adsorption was calculated as high as 122.87 mg/g.
