摘  要:在爆炸容器应用领域,爆炸载荷特征对容器的结构响应具有重要影响,是安全评估和工程设计的基础。因此获得比较准确、可靠的爆炸容器壁作用载荷分布情况具有重要的价值。本文设计了一台柱形爆炸容器以及用于测量爆炸载荷的应变式压杆压力传感器,进行了比例距离在0.1~0.2 m/kg1/3时容器内壁爆炸载荷的实验测试。结果表明:设计的柱形爆炸容器合理、安全;设计的应变式压杆压力传感器用于爆炸载荷测试是准确、可靠的。In the explode container application field, explode loading character has important effect on the container structure response, and is also the basis of the safety evaluation and engineering design. Therefore, gaining the nicety and credibility of distributing instance which acting on the explode container is very critical. This article design a cylinder container and a suit of pressure sensor which used to measure the explode container strain and carry through an experimental test of explode load in the container with a proportion distance at 0.1 - 0.2m/kg^1/3. The experimental test result shows that the design of explode container is reasonable and safe. The result achieved from the type of strain press-rod pressure sensor is veritable and reliable.
