摘 要:以菜心种子和3种不同土壤介质(灰黄泥土、灰泥土、黄壤)为材料,研究重金属Cu、Zn、Pb和Ni单一污染和复合污染对菜心种子发芽率、芽长与根伸长的生态毒性效应。结果表明,同一浓度下,菜心种子发芽率、芽长和根伸长对重金属的生态毒性敏感程度依次为:根伸长>芽长>发芽率;重金属对菜心根伸长的生态毒性大小顺序为:Ni>Cu>Zn>Pb;土壤中有机质和养分含量对菜心根伸长的抑制率呈显著负相关,土壤pH对菜心根伸长的抑制率相关性不显著。Cu、Zn、Pb、Ni复合污染对菜心根伸长的抑制效应表现为协同作用,其结果是复合污染的整体生态毒性效应增强。With Brassica parachinensis seed and three different kinds of soils mediums (grey-yellow soils, grey soils, yellow soils) as the materials to research the eco-toxicity effects of single pollution and combined pollution of Cu, Zn, Pb and Ni on seed germination rate, shoot elongation and root elongation. Results indicated that with same concentration, the eco-toxicity sensibility orders of heavy metals on seed germination rate, shoot elongation and root elongation was root elongation 〉shoot elongation 〉 germinating rate. The eco-toxicity sequence orders of heavy metals on root elongation was Ni〉Cu〉Zn〉 Pb. Inhibition rates of root elongation were significant negative related with soil organic matter and nutrient content. There was no significant related between inhibition rate of root elongation and soil pH. The inhibition synergic effects on root elongation produced significantly when four heavy metals combined. As a result, the whole eco-toxicity effects increased in combined pollution.
