复方法莫替丁胃内漂浮型缓释片的制备

摘　　要：采用湿法制粒压片法制备复方法莫替丁胃内漂浮型缓释片,以胃内漂浮型缓释片的漂浮性能和体外释放度为评价指标,进行处方筛选和优化。结果表明,以HPMCK15M和CMC-Na为骨架材料,NaHCO3为发泡剂,PVP的无水乙醇溶液为粘合剂,滑石粉为润滑剂,制备的复方法莫替丁胃内漂浮型缓释片起漂时间约2 min,漂浮持续时间在8 h以上,2 h释放近30%4,h释放约45%。研制的复方法莫替丁胃内型缓释片具有良好的漂浮性能和释药特性。The sustained-release tablets were prepared by wet granulation to tablets technique. The floating and release characteristics were used as indicators to evaluate and optimize the formulation. Results showed that the gastric floating sustained-release tablets were prepared with HPMCK15M and CMC-Na as matrix, sodium bicarbonate as gas-producer, anhydrous ethanol solution of PVP as binder. The beginning float time was about 2 min and the sustaining time was longer than 8 h, the tablets released 30% in 2 h, 60% in 6 h. Compound famotidine gastric floating sustained-release tablets prepared had good behavior of floating and release characteristics.
