摘  要:为了解不同质量浓度的Cd^(2+)对水生动物的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和脂质过氧化的影响,以文蛤为研究材料,采用室内模拟试验的方法,依据Cd^(2+)对文蛤96 h半致死质量浓度(Lc_(50)),设置4个Cd^(2+)胁迫组,胁迫质量浓度分别为0.41 mg/L(1/32LC_(50))、0.82 mg/L(1/16 LC_(50))、1.65 mg/L(1/8 LC_(50))、3.30 mg/L(1/4LC_(50)),并设置对照组,每组3个平行。研究不同质量浓度的Cd^(2+)对文蛤鳃组织SOD、CAT活性和MDA含量的影响。结果表明:文蛤鳃组织SOD活性在0.41 mg./L和0.82mg/L胁迫下,试验前期(0~48 h)呈现诱导效应,试验后期(48~96 h)呈现抑制效应,其余胁迫质量浓度在试验过程中均对文蛤鳃组织SOD活性呈现抑制效应;CAT活性在低质量浓度(0.41 mg/L)胁迫下出现阶段性抑制效应,接着呈现诱导-抑制过程,中高质量浓度在整个过程呈现诱导-抑制的过程:经过96h的胁迫试验,各胁迫组文蛤鳃组织中MDA含量显著上升(P<0.05),Cd^(2+)对MDA的诱导作用显著且存在剂量-效应关系。The article is intended to present findings on the effects of Cd2+ on the activities of SOD,CAT and content of MDA in the gill tissues of Meretrix meretrix. SOD and CAT are very important antioxidant enzymes which widely exist in nature and can remove excessive O2-free radical to prevent cellular damage. Some researches show that SOD and CAT are cooperative when removing O2-free radical. MDA is a kind of product of lipid per-oxidation, which indirectly reflect lipid per-oxidation in living organism. There were one control group and four exposed groups of Cd2+ which is 0.41 mg/L and 0.82 mg/L and 1.65 mg/L and 3.30 mg/L, respectively, according the values of 96 h half-lethal concentration (LC50) of Cd2+ on Meretrix meretrix.The effect of different Cd2+ concentrations on SOD activity, CAT activity, and content of MDA in the gill of Meretrix meretrix were investigated. The results showed that SOD activity was induced under low concentration (0.41 mg/L, 0.82 mg/L),what is more, at the 48 h,the induced effect is significant compared to the control group(p〈0.05); however, it was inhibited under high concentration(1.65 mg/L, 3.3 mg/L). At the same time, CAT activity was inhibited in initial process (0-48 h) under low concentration (0.41 mg/L); then it was induced; and thus it was inhibited again. In comparison with this, CAT activity showed induced-inhibited trend under medium and high concentration. The content of MDA in the gill of Meretrix meretrix in every exposed groups increased significantly (p〈0.05). SOD, CAT activity and content of MDA in the gill of Meretrix meretrix could be sensible to be the indicator of Cd2+ pollution in short time. All experiment concentration of Cd2+ can lead oxidative stress in gill tissues of Meretrix meretrix.The feasibility of SOD and CAT being to be biomarker is poor because environmental factors can easily influence the result of experiment. Meanwhile MDA has potentialities to be a biomarker for monitoring heavy metal contamination.
