摘　　要：针对太阳能光伏企业竞争力评价的问题,提出了一种太阳能光伏企业竞争力评价的数学模型和方法。在综合考虑影响太阳能光伏企业竞争力关键因素的基础上,建立太阳能光伏企业多层次指标评价体系,把反映主观判断和客观信息价值的权重结合起来形成组合权重,运用系统功能论来构造系统竞争力优势函数,以解决系统竞争力大于各子系统竞争力之和的问题。仿真表明该方法能够有效地对太阳能光伏企业竞争力进行评价。According to the competitiveness evaluation of solar photovoltaic companies,a new mathematical model and corresponding methods for them are proposed.Considering the key factors that affect the competitiveness of solar photovoltaic companies,the paper constructed the multi-hierarchy valuation system and determined the index weight through considering both index that reflect the value of subjective information and index that reflect the value of objective information.In addition,the paper applied system functions theory to construct the advantage function of system competitiveness and solved the issues that how to make the competitiveness of the whole system greater than the competitiveness sum of the subsystems.simulation application shows that the new method can effectively evaluate the competitiveness of solar photovoltaic companies.
