摘　　要：随着网络技术、虚拟现实技术的发展及医学实验模式的变革,基于网络的医学虚拟实验解决了传统实验教学中的许多问题。作为影响网络虚拟实验中学习者学习效果的重要因素之一,学习者的自我效能感的作用不容忽视。文章对网络虚拟实验中的自我效能感及其重要性进行了阐述,在此基础上从主客两个方面分析了医学网络虚拟实验中学习者自我效能感的影响因素,从理论角度提出了在医学网络虚拟实验中提升学习者自我效能感的设计策略。Along with the development of network technology, virtual reality technology and the development of medical experimental mode transformation, the medical virtual experimental has solved many problems in traditional experimental teaching. As one of the important factors, which influence the learners＇ learning effectiveness, more attention should be paid to their self-efficacy. This paper elaborates the definition and importance of the self-efficacy in the network virtual experiment, and then analyzes the influencing factors from the subject-object aspects. Finally, this paper presents the new design strategies from a theoretical perspective.
