摘　　要：文章分析了"十一五"期间无锡软件服务外包产业的发展、人才需求和各高职院校软件外包类专业的建设情况,认为无锡高职院校能够较好地适应软件外包产业的发展,服务经济转型发展,紧贴市场办专业,构建了校企联合培养的人才培养模式,培养了大批优秀的软件外包人才,推动了无锡软件服务外包产业的发展。根据无锡市十二五规划,提出了当前软件外包类专业存在的不足,并就如何加快软件外包人才培养提出了一些建议。Based on analyzing software outsourcing development and talents need and software outsourcing majors in higher vocational colleges at Wuxi during the Eleventh Five-Year period,this paper holds that higher vocational colleges have been properly adapted to the development of software outsourcing industry and have served economic transformation and development well.Majors have been run closely linked to the market,a model has been constructed for college and enterprise jointly to train talents,and a large number of excellent software outsourcing talents have been cultivated,which has push forward Wuxi's software outsourcing industry.In accordance with the Twelfth Five-Year Planning of Wuxi,this paper assumes that there are still some problems in software outsourcing majors,and some suggestions are put forward to speed up software outsourcing talents training.
