18-α甘草酸对大鼠四氯化碳慢性肝损伤的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的观察18-α甘草酸(18-α-GA)对CCl4引起的大鼠慢性肝损伤的治疗作用。方法大鼠皮下注射25%CCl4橄榄油2 mL/kg,每周2次,连续13周,给药组于第5周起分别腹腔注射18-α-GA 15、30、60 mg/kg,每日1次,连续至第13周。于末次给药24 h后,处死动物,取血分离血清或血浆,测ALT、AST、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、唾液酸、一氧化氮及透明质酸。取肝组织测定羟脯氨酸含量并作病理学检查。结果 18-α-GA能改善CCl4引起慢性肝损伤大鼠的肝功能,降低NO水平,减轻肝组织炎症活动度及纤维化程度。结论 18-α-GA对CCl4引起大鼠慢性肝损伤具有治疗效果。Objective To observe the treatment of for chronic liver injury induced by CCl 4 in rats. Methods 18 - α glycyrrhizic acid （ 18 - α - GA） The rats were subcutaneously injected with 25% CC14 in olive oilof 2 mL/kg for 13 weeks, twice one week. The treatment group in the fifth week was consecutively intraperitoneally injected 18 α- GA 15, 30, 60 mg/kg respectively, once a day to week 13. In 24 hours of the end time to18 - α - GA, the rats were put to death, blood serum or plasma were separated and the ALT, AST, total protein, albumin, globulin, saliva acid, nitric oxide and hyaluronic acid were detected. The content of hydroxyproline in liver tissue was determined and the pathological changes of liver tissues were examined. Results 18 - α - GA could improve liver function of chronic liver injury induced by CC14 in rats, decrease NO level, and reduce the activity of liver tissue inflammation and the progression of fibrosis. Conclusion 18 - α - GA might have curative effect on chronic liver injury induced by CCl4 in rats.
