摘　　要：目的探讨旋转数字剪影血管造影(DSA)三维重建(3D-DSA)在缺血性脑血管病中的应用价值。方法对256例缺血性脑血管病患者先行常规DSA造影,其中76例因发现病变或病变部分血管显示欠佳,行3D-DSA检查。结果 76例造影中,28例3D-DSA与常规DSA无显著差异,48例不同程度丰富或改变影像学诊断。结论在缺血性脑血管病造影与治疗中,3D-DSA可以从不同角度观察病变血管狭窄段的轮廓改变,准确判断狭窄程度和范围,是对常规DSA造影的重要补充。Objective To evaluate the value of rotational three - dimensional digital subtrac- tion angiography （3D - DSA） in ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Standard DSA was perforrned in 256 patients. Among them, 3D -DSA was performed in 76 cases for positive results or unclear vessels. Results No significant difference between standard DSA and 3D - DSA was found in 28 cases. However, the results was enriched or changed in other 48 cases by 3D - DSA. Conclusion 3D - DSA can clearly display the profile and extend and scope of lesions from different angles in the angiography and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. It is of greater supplement of standard DSA.
