摘　　要：从诊所法律教育对法科毕业生就业影响的角度进行了研究,提出诊所法律教育的成功开展,不仅能直接提升法科生的法律实务能力和理论研究能力,而且在提高法科生的人品、情商、社会阅历以及搭建就业平台、做好职业规划等方面都有极大的促进作用;同时对如何改善法律诊所这一教学平台促进法科生的就业提出了一些建设性的建议。This article discusses the effect of clinic legal education on the employment of law graduates, considering that the successful development of clinic legal education can improve not only the law students＇ capability in law practice and research, but also their quality, emotional quotient and social experience. It can also help them to create employment opportunity and make occupational plan- ning. Moreover, it gives some constructive advices for making good use of clinic legal education in law students＇ employment.
