化疗联合射频热疗治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤的护理观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨射频热疗联合化疗治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤患者的有效护理措施。方法:选择我院112例中晚期盆腔恶性肿瘤患者,采用射频热疗联合化疗,在不同治疗期间采取相应的护理措施,观察并总结护理过程中患者的生活质量变化及并发症的发生情况。结果:全部患者均完成治疗,护理后较护理前生活质量有明显提高(t=3.221,P=0.002),患者的症状和体征、心理状态和日常生活能力方面较护理前均有明显改善,且并发症发生率低。结论:有针对性地进行热疗护理可提高盆腔恶性肿瘤的治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。Objective：To explore the valid nursing measure to patients with pelvic malignant tumor treated by chemotherapy combined radiofrequency thermotherapy.Method：112 patients with moderate and advanced malignant pelvis tumor were selected in our hospital.They were treated by chemotherapy combined radiofrequency thermotherapy.The change of their life quality and complications in nursing process were observed by adopting the corresponding nursing measure in the different treatment period.Result：All the patients had completed treatment.The life quality was obviously enhanced compared with pre-nursing（t=3.221,P=0.002）.The signs and symptoms,mental status and activities of daily living of patients were remarkably improved,moreover the complication rate was lower.Conclusion：It could improve the treatment effect and the life quality of patients with pelvic malignant tumor by targeting the taking nursing measures to heat treatment.
