摘  要:分别采用硫酸亚铁及硫酸亚铁铵与过氧化氢构成氧化体系,对可溶性淀粉进行氧化试验。通过正交试验确定了2个反应体系最佳反应条件,由此制得的氧化淀粉羰基含量分别为2.51%(OS-I,FeSO4-H2O2)和2.13%(OS-II,(NH4)2Fe(SO4)2-H2O2)。OS-I与OS-II单独用于鞣制时,Ts分别为59.7℃和58.4℃,染色加脂效果好。将2种氧化淀粉用于硫酸铬盐、硫酸铝盐、硫酸亚铁盐的复鞣剂,革的Ts有所下降,但成革更丰满柔软,粒面更细致,并且染料上染好,颜色均匀,深透。其中OS-I在鞣革、染色效果及革的感官上,均优于OS-II,硫酸亚铁氧化体系要优于氧化亚铁铵氧化体系。Soluble starch was oxidized by ferrous sulfate and hydrogen peroxide system, ammonium ferrous sulphate and hydrogen peroxide oxidation system, respectively. Optimal conditions can be gotten respectively from orthogonal experiments, under which the carbonyl group contents of the oxidized starchs called OS-I is 2.51% in FeSO4-H2O2 system and OS-II is 2.13% in NH3FeSO4-H2O2 system. The leather's shrinkage temperature (Ts) is 59.7℃ tanned by OS-I and 58.4℃ by OS-II. However, these leather samples show a good dyeing and fatliquoring effect. It indicates that the Ts of the leather samples decrease obviously when the OS-I and OS-II are used to retan for leather samples tanned by chromium sulfate, aluminum sulfate and ferrous sulfate. However, the OS-I and OS-II tanning, leather samples have a good dyeing and feeling effect after retanning with them. The results show, as a tanning agent, oxidized starch OS-I from ferrous sulfate oxidation system is better than OS-II from ammonium ferrous sulphate oxidation system.
