摘　　要：目的观察低位直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术后吻合口瘘非手术治疗的临床效果。方法6例低位直肠癌行全系膜切除术后发生吻合口瘘患者，均采用非手术治疗。应用瘘口局部引流冲洗，控制感染，配合肠内营养等治疗。结果6例患者均临床治愈，愈合时间1～6周，无再手术病例。结论在指征明确时，非手术治疗是低位直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术后吻合口漏的首选方法，疗效满意，安全可行。Objective To study the clinical effect of nonoperative treatment of anastomotic leakage after resection for lower rectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 6 cases of anastomotic leakage after anterior resection for patients with lower rectal cancer were retrospectively analyzed. All these cases were treated by smooth drainage, infectious control and enternal nutrition. Results All these cases were healed. The healing time was 1 - 6 weeks. No patient was operated again. Conclusion Non - operative treatment is effective and safe. It＇ s the first choice if the indication is obvious.
