情感障碍与癫痫患者生活质量及癫痫控制的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨癫痫患者的情感障碍对其生活质量及癫痫控制率的影响。方法采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评价癫痫患者的抑郁焦虑状况,以癫痫患者生活质量量表-31中文版(QOLIE-31中文版)评估癫痫患者的生活质量,正规抗癫痫(AEDS)治疗至少12个月,评价癫痫控制情况。结果癫痫患者的情感状况相差各异,合并抑郁焦虑的癫痫患者生活质量及癫痫控制率均明显低于不合并单纯癫痫组。结论癫痫患者合并情感障碍时严重影响其生活质量并与癫痫控制不良相关。而积极抗抑郁焦虑治疗后癫痫控制率明显提高。Objective To explore the influence of the epilepsy patient＇s emotional disorders on their life quality and epilepsy control. Methods AMD and HAMA were used to evaluate the epilepsy patients＇ depression and anxiety status, QOLIE- 31 Chinese version was used to evaluate life quality of the epilepsy patients and regular AEDS treatment was done at least 12 months. Then epileptic control was assessed. Results There was definitely difference between epilepsy patients＇ e- motional statuses. The life quality and epilepsy control of epilepsy patients with depression and anxi- ety were obviously lower than other groups. Conclusion The epilepsy patients with emotional ob- stacles have deep influence upon their life quality and this result is attributed to poor epilepsy con- trol. So after positive antidepressant anxiety treatment, the final result can increase obviously.
