摘 要:为研究贵州不同产地烤烟的风格特征特性,采用同时蒸馏萃取-气质联用技术,对贵州省8个不同产地、不同部位具有代表性的烟叶样品进行了检测分析。结果表明:同时蒸馏萃取-气质联用技术检测烟草中挥发性中性致香成分,检测方法稳定可靠,重现性良好。贵州8个不同产地初烤烟叶中的挥发性中性致香成分检测结果显示,不同产地、不同部位烤烟挥发性中性香气物质含量差异较大,以天柱烟叶中致香物质总量最高,而兴义和平塘相对较低。68种挥发性中性香气物质中,酮类化合物含量以天柱最高,平塘最低;醇类化合物含量以镇远最高,盘县次之,平塘最低;酯、多酚和杂环类化合物的数量和含量均较低;烃类化合物含量总体上各地差异较大,以天柱最高,兴义最低。The neutral volatility aroma components of tobacco samples with different growth position from eight different habitats in Guizhou were determined by simultaneous distillation and extraction equipment(SDE) and Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer(GC/MS) to study the style characteristics of tobacco planted different habitats in Guizhou.The results showed that there were significant differences in neutral volatility aroma components of tobacco samples between different habitats and between different growth positions.Total aroma component quantity in the tobacco sample from Tianzhu County was the highest.The tobacco sample from Tianzhu County had the highest content of total aroma component quantity,ketone compound and hydrocarbon compound among eight different samples.The quantity and content of polyphenol and heterocyclic compounds in eight tested samples were low.
