新疆哈萨克族和汉族高血压左室重构的超声心动图研究

摘　　要：目的探讨哈萨克族(哈族)和汉族高血压左室重构的异同。方法对新疆昌吉州424例哈族和汉族人群行流行病学调查和超声心动图检查,计算左心室质量指数(LVMI)和相对室壁厚度(RWT),根据LVMI和RWT将哈族高血压和汉族高血压人群分为左室构型正常组(LVN)和左室重构组(LVR),血压正常的受检者作为正常对照组。比较两民族间及各组间的相关指标。结果高血压LVN组及LVR组LVMI均高于正常对照组;LVR组中,哈族人群的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)高于汉族,但两民族间LVMI差异无统计学意义;哈族人群中,LVR组的SBP和DBP高于LVN组,在汉族人群无明显差别。结论血压的高低对LVMI影响在哈族人群较为明显。Objective To investigate the effect of left ventricular remodeling in Hans and Kazaks′ hypertension.Method The study included 424 cases of Hans and Kazaks from Changji,who underwent epidemiological study and echocardiography.After calculate the left ventricular mass index（LVMI） and relative wall thickness（RWT） of the cases,the hypertension cases of each ethnic were divided into left ventricle configuration normal（LVN） group and left ventricular remodeling（LVR） group,and the rest normal cases were control group,then compared the related indexes between ethnics and groups.Results The LVMI in LVN and LVR groups were higher than in control group.In group LVR both the systolic blood pressure（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP） were higher than that of Hans,while the difference of LVMI between Hans and Kazaks was not significant.In Kazaks,the SBP and DBP in group LVR were higher than that in group LVN,and the differences in Hans were not significant.Conclusion The effect of blood pressure on LVMI is more obviously in Kazaks.
