汗法治疗鼻衄的探讨

摘　　要：临床上医家多遵循仲景"衄家不可汗"的治疗禁忌,多以火热为病机,针对实证施以清脏腑热,凉血止血治疗,针对虚证给以益气摄血或者补益养血的疗法,通过临床辨证发现并非所有的鼻衄均不可以用"汗法",只要辨证清楚,用药准确,汗法亦可以做为鼻衄的治疗方法。Doctors usually followed ZHANG Zhong-jing′s contraindication,in which epistaxis can＇t be treated with sweating,they mostly took fire-heat as the pathogenesis,treating excess syndrome with clearing the heat of viscera,cooling blood and stopping bleeding,treating deficiency syndrome with replenishing Qi to govern blood or nourishing Qi and blood.While through syndrome differentiation part of the patients with epistaxis can be treated with diaphoresis.Only if the syndrome can be differentiated clearly and the drugs can be used accurately,diaphoresis method can be used to treat epistaxis.
