摘  要:目的探讨东海海参酶解液对小鼠空间和时间记忆的影响及其抗疲劳的功能。方法选用复合蛋白酶,在55℃的条件下酶解150min制得海参酶解液,灌胃ICR小鼠,42d后,利用Morris水迷宫、Y字形迷宫和转棒式疲劳仪进行空间、时间记忆能力和抗疲劳的研究;测定小鼠血清中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力以及丙二醛(MDA)的含量研究其抗氧化活性,利用荧光定量PCR研究记忆相关基因的表达。结果东海海参酶解液能显著强化小鼠的空间和时间记忆力,增强小鼠抗疲劳能力,提高血清SOD和GSH-Px的活性,并能降低血清MDA的含量,明显提高抗氧化活性。能够上调小鼠脑内记忆相关基因转录水平的表达。结论东海海参营养丰富,具有抗疲劳、抗氧化和提高记忆力的功能,可能是一种很好的保健食品原料。Objective To explore the effect of the Acaudina leucoprocta hydrolysate on the improvement oi memory toward space and time as well as fatigue resistance in mice. Method The A. leucoprocta hydrolysate was made under the condition of 55℃ and ]50rains by compound protease. The memory abilities of time and space as well as the fatigue resistance were observed by Morris maze, Y-maze and fatigue apparatus after feeding A. leucoprocta hydrolysate, for 42 d. The activity of SOD and GSH-Px in serum as well as the content of MDA were analyzed. Meanwhile, the expression of memory-related genes was detdcted with quantitative PCR. Results A. leucoprocta hydrolysate could enhance the memory and fatigue resistance obviously in mice. SOD and GSH-Px were increased and MDA was decreased. The level of expression of the memory-related genes was also increased. Conclusion A. leucoprocta has effect on improvement of memory and fatigue resistance, and may be a good raw material for health food.
