平行志愿背景下高校按大类编制招生计划的思考

摘　　要：当前,越来越多的省份在高考投档录取时采用了平行志愿投档,从录取结果来看,平行志愿降低了考生填报志愿的风险,优势明显,可是依然存在着风险,主要表现在专业选择风险和退档风险两个方面。本文从高考投档录取方式的转变着手,分析了平行志愿实施的利弊,并结合当前高校按大类招生的趋势和招生计划编制的手段,通过对按大类编制招生计划的优势分析,提出了在平行志愿背景下高校按大类编制招生计划的策略,从而既帮助于降低考生填报志愿的风险,也更有利于高校的办学和人才培养质量的提高。Nowadays, the submission of parallel application in college enrollment is adopted in more and more provinces. Judging from the result of enrollment, parallel application has apparent advantages with less risk for examinees. However, the risk of major choice and submission refusal still exists. Starting from the reform in the submission of application in college enrollment, this paper analyzes the pros and cons of parallel application, and based on analysis of the advantages, trend and methods of classified enrollment planning, it puts forward the strategies for drawing up classified enrollment plan under the background of parallel application, which will help examinees to reduce risk in applying for universities and benefit the improvement of the quality of higher education and talents cultivation.
