定向运动模块“镶嵌式”教学模式研究——以福建农林大学定向运动教学实践为例

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等,针对高校公共体育定向运动教学存在的不足之处,创建新型定向运动模块"镶嵌式"教学模式,进行两年的教学实践。实践研究结果表明模块"镶嵌式"教学模式迎合普通高校公共体育教学和定向运动发展的需要,具有普及范围广、能拓展教学内容和空间、消除耐力练习恐惧感和促进持续国防素质教育等特点。总结福建农林大学定向运动模块"镶嵌式"教学模式创新的经验,为高校定向运动教学改革与发展提供有益参考。With literature questionnaires,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper is meant to create the ＂embedded＂ module for orienteering teaching,on basis of practice for two years against the inadequacy about orienteering teaching in university.The result shows that the ＂embedded＂ module can popularize orienteering knowledge across the school,enhance all-around development of students＇ physical and mental qualities,expand the space and time of P.E courses,relieve to the utmost the pressure of limited facilities and equipments due to enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,and enhance the normalization of national defense education.The paper aims to perfect the theory and practice of P.E teaching models,optimize results of teaching studies and provide helpful bases for the reform of common P.E courses in colleges and universities as well as the promotion of orienteering.
