工科大学生网络依赖现状、原因及对策探析

摘　　要：当代大学生,特别是工科大学生是使用电脑网络技术这一新兴技术的主力军,但同时他们在使用网络的过程中所表现出的网络依赖症也越来越突出。文章在问卷调查、调研基础上,阐释了工科大学生的网络依赖的总体状况,分析了形成网络依赖的内因和外因,在此基础上探析如何从预防和干预两个阶段来减轻、戒除大学生对网络的过度依赖,以达到帮助个体树立合理、健康的网络观念和拥有正确的网络使用模式。The contemporary college student,especially the student in engineering majors,is the main force who are used to using Internet technology.However,the Internet addiction disorder（IAD） of them has become more and more serious in the process of using the Internet.Through the fieldwork and questionnaire research,this paper summarizes the current condition of the IAD of engineering college students,and analyzes the internal and external causes in this respect.It is pointed out that the IAD of college students should be reduced and eliminated through prevention and intervention,so as to help them to use the Internet with reasonable and healthy attitude and in an appropriate manner.
