摘  要:该文对绿色木霉进行了硫酸二乙脂(DES)诱变和微波诱变,结果表明,经硫酸二乙脂诱变得到DES8菌株FPA酶活力比出发菌株提高了27.67%,该菌株进行微波诱变得到WB8菌株FPA酶活力比DES8菌株提高了14.88%。与出发菌株相比,WB8菌株FPA酶活力提高了46.67%,CMC酶活力提高了42.37%。遗传稳定性研究表明,该菌株遗传性能稳定。The cellulose-producing Trichoderma vin'de stain was mutated with diethyl sulfate (DES) and microwave. The results showed that the filter paper activity (FPA) of the strain DES8, which was mutated by DES, was 27.67% higher than that of original strain. And the FPA of the strain WB8, which was microwave mutated strain of DES8, was 14.88% higher than that of DES8. Compared with the original strain, FPA of strain WB8 was improved by 46.67% and the CMCase activity of WB8 was improved by 42.37%. Further study indicated that the strain WB8 was genetic stable.
