摘  要:用氨基酸自动分析仪测定了野生山黄皮果果皮、果肉中各种游离氨基酸及水解氨基酸的组成。结果表明:野生山黄皮果果皮,果肉中含有丰富的门冬氨酸,γ-氨基丁酸,丙氨酸等氨基酸,其中果肉中含人体必需氨基酸的含量占游离氨基酸总量3.46%,水解氨基酸总量的12.75%;门冬氨酸的含量占游离氨基酸总量19.12%,水解氨基酸总量的31.76%;丙氨酸的含量占游离氨基酸总量41.92%,水解氨基酸总量的19.79%;γ-氨基丁酸的含量占游离氨基酸总量18.78%。果皮中含人体必需氨基酸的含量占游离氨基酸总量18.22%,水解氨基酸总量的18.85%;门冬氨酸的含量占游离氨基酸总量16.53%,水解氨基酸总量的17.40%;丙氨酸的含量占游离氨基酸总量32.64%,水解氨基酸总量的11.46%;γ-氨基丁酸的含量占游离氨基酸总量29.48%。The determination of free amino acids and hydrolyzed amino acids in the fruit of Clausena indica(Datz). Oliv. was conducted by automatic amino acid analyzer. The results showed that Clausena indica (Datz). Oliv. Contained 18 kinds of amino acids. The essential amino acids in fruit pulp were 3.46% of the total free amino acid and 12.75% of the total hydrolyzed amino acids, it contained 19.12%, 31.76% Aspartic acid (Asp) in the total flee amino acid and the total hydrolyzed amino acids; Alanine (Ala) in were 41.92% of the total free amino acid and 19.79% of the total hydrolyzed amino acids; 18.78% γ-GABA by fruit pule. The essential amino acids in fruit peel were18.22% of the total free amino acid and 18.85% of the total hydrolyzed amino acids, it contained 16.53%, 17.40% Aspartic acid (Asp) in the total free amino acid and the total hydrolyzed amino acids; Alanine (Ala) in were 32.64% of the total flee amino acid andl 1.46% of the total hydrolyzed amino acids; 29.48% γ-GABA by fruit peel.
