摘　　要：基于国内外相关研究,分析了组织间信任、组织结构和知识存量,通过知识共享对网络创新绩效的影响,构建了组织间信任、网络结构、知识存量、知识共享和创新绩效的关系模型。并以西安高新技术产业区的124家企业为对象,运用SPSS与LISREL进行实证研究,研究结果表明,组织间信任、网络结构和知识存量会通过知识共享来影响创新绩效。Knowledge sharing can promote innovation networks performance. Based on the domestic and foreign relevant research, this paper develops an integrated model, which incorporates the influence of inter-organizational trust, organization structure and knowledge stores through knowledge sharing on the innovation achievements, and use 124 enterprises of Xi＇an high-tech industrial parks as the object, the research result indicates that, inter-organizational trust, network structure and knowledge influence the innovation performance by means of knowledge sharing.
