复方儿茶胶囊治疗消化性溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察复方儿茶胶囊对消化性溃疡的近期和远期疗效。方法 :经胃镜确诊的消化性溃疡 2 6 1例 ,随机分为西米替丁组 87例 (西米替丁 0 .2 g,每天 3次口服 ,睡前加服 0 .4g) ,丽珠得乐组 87例 (丽珠得乐 110 mg,每天 4次口服 ) ,复方儿茶胶囊组 87例 (复方儿茶胶囊 0 .5 15 g,每天 3次口服 )。治疗前、治疗 8周后及 1年后距幽门5 cm以内取胃组织 ,用快速尿素酶法测定幽门螺杆菌 (HP)。结果 :西米替丁组、丽珠得乐组、复方儿茶胶囊组总有效率分别为 86 .2 % ,88.5 % ,97.7% ,复方儿茶胶囊组与前两组相比 P<0 .0 5。溃疡愈合率分别为 70 .1% ,75 .9% ,90 .8% ,复方儿茶胶囊组与前两组相比 P <0 .0 5。HP根除率分别为 1.9% ,5 7.4% ,76 .8% ,复方儿茶胶囊组与丽珠得乐组相比 P <0 .0 5 ,与西米替丁组相比 P <0 .0 1。结论 :复方儿茶胶囊组溃疡近期疗效及 HP根除率均高于西米替丁组和丽珠得乐组 ,复发率均低于西米替丁组和丽珠得乐组。Objective:To observe the short term and long term curative effect of compositus catechu capsule on peptic ulcer.Methods:261 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into three groups.They were cimetidine group(2.0 mg cimetidine,three times and additional 0.4 mg before sleep), colloidal bismuth subcitrate capsules (CBSC) group(110 mg CBSL, four times a day) and compositus catechu capsule(CCC) group (0.515 g CCC, three times a day). Before the therapy and 8 weeks and 1 year ofter the therapy the gastric tissue was taken from the location of 5 cm off the pylorus and HP was examined with speed urease.Results:The total curative effects of the cimetidine group,the CBSC group and the CCC group were 86.2%, 88.5% and 97.7%, respectively. The curative rates were 70.1%, 75.9% and 90.8%. The HP eradicating rates were 1.9%, 57.4% and 76.8%, respectively.There wes significant difference between the CCC group and the other groups(P< 0.01~0.05 ). The short term curative effect of peptic ulcer and HP eradicating rate of the CCC group was higher than those of the other two groups with the recurrence rate being lower than the other two and the long term curative effect was enhanced.Conclusion:CCC has a good effect on treating peptic ulcer.
