摘　　要：目的：探讨作脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）时进行转颈试验对椎基底动脉供血足（ＶＢＩ）的诊断意义。方法：对４２例 ＶＢＩ病人眩晕间歇期患者作 ＢＡＥＰ检测时做转颈试验，并与 ３３例正常人对照。结果：ＶＢＩ组ＢＡＥＰ转颈试验阳性率６２％（２６／４２），与对照组比较有非常显著性差异。结论：转颈试验可提高ＢＡＥＰ的阳性率，对ＶＢＩ诊断有参考意义。Objective: To explore the significance of neck rotation test of brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) in potients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI). Methods: BAFP were performed in 42 patients with VBI and 33 normal control. Results: The positivity late of BAEP with neck rotation test was 62% (26/42) in VBI group. A significant difference was noted as compared with the control group. Conclusions: Neck rotation test might increase the positivity of BAEP and might be of some significance for the diagnosis of VBI.
