摘　　要：为了提高培训质量、缩短培训时间,根据汽车新训技工电工班学兵的实际情况和汽车电子控制系统课程的特点,以电工班汽车电子控制系统课程为对象,运用技能牵引式教学模式进行教学的组织和实施.通过理论形象化、实践现场化、理论实践一体化教学,取得了明显的应用效果:理论教学质量提高了11.11%,实践教学提高了26.98%,教学时间缩短约33%.For raising the training quality and reducing the training time, this article presents the teaching scheme of applying skills-pulling mode to implementing the soldiers＇ skill teaching, targeting at the course of auto-mobile electronic control system for the auto-mobile electrician newly trained class, according to the actual situation of the fresh soldiers in the class and the features of the course. By taking the teaching methods of visualization of theory, practice on-site, and integration of theory and practice, it achieves some significant results, which are, for example, the quality of theory teaching increases by 11%, the practice teaching by 26.98%, and the teaching time reduces roughly by 33%.
