摘  要:为了探讨激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的发生机制 ,采用硫代巴比妥 (TBA )比色法和邻苯三酚法检测激素性股骨头缺血坏死动物的红细胞 SOD活性和血浆 L PO含量 ,结果显示实验性动物红细胞 SOD活性明显下降 ,血浆 L PO含量明显升高 ,P<0 .0 1。认为氧自由基代谢紊乱是导致激素性股骨头坏死的可能原因之一。Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Xianyang 712000 [WT5”BZ]The erythrocytic SOD activities and the plasma LPO levels in the animal models of hormonal femoral head necrosis were measured with thiobarbital acid colorimetry and pyrogallol method so as to study the pathogenesis of hormonal femoral head ischemic necrosis. The results suggested that the erythrocytic SOD activity of the experimental group was significantly descended and the plasma LPO level was obviously ascended (P < 0.01), indicating that the disturbance of oxygen free radical metabolism may be one of the causes for hormonal femoral head necrosis.
