摘　　要：文章在对南京市终身教育发展面临的形势、现状进行深入调查研究的基础上,从终身教育发展的运行机制、投入机制、管理模式、实施策略、激励机制等多方面进行了深入研究,提出了未来一段时期南京市终身教育发展的对策与措施,对构建具有南京地区特色的终身教育体系有一定的借鉴意义。This article, based on the status quo and the situation which the Nanjing life-long education is facing in its development, makes a deep investigation into the operation mechanism, invest mechanism, administration mode, implementation strategy, incentive mechanism and such things as this. It also suggests some measures for developing Nanjing＇ s life-long education in the future times and these could be of some reference value for building a life-long education system with Nanjing features.
