摘 要:用去离子水浸泡食品接触用塑料,提取其中的禁用芳香胺。浸泡液过固相萃取小柱后,用甲醇进行淋洗,淋洗液经浓缩后用甲醇定容,再进行气相色谱/串联质谱法测定,采用的测定模式为三重四极杆质谱电子轰击多反应监测模式,从而建立了一个同时测定食品接触用塑料中24种禁用芳香胺迁移量的气相色谱/串联质谱方法,该方法的加标回收率为63.1%~98.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.6%~16.2%,在S/N为10的条件下,所有禁用芳香胺定量下限均小于1.0ng/mL。该方法简便快速,可用于食品接触用塑料中禁用芳香胺迁移量的同时测定。A method was established to determine simultaneously the migration of banned aromatic amines in plastic which may contact food by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC/MS-MS). Banned aromatic amines in plastic materials were first extracted using deionized water, the extract was then condensed on a solid-phase extraction column and eluted by methanol. The elution was condensed and solved in methanol for GC/MS-MS analysis. The analytes were detected by triple quadrupole MS in muhi-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The recoveries are in the range of 63.1%-98.4% while the relative standard deviation (RSD) changs from 2.6% to 16.2%. The limits of quantification are low than 1.0 ng/mL for all these banned aromatic amines at the condition of S/N equal to 10. This method is simple and rapid, which is applicable tbr the simultaneous determination of the migration of banned aromatic amines in plastic which may contact food.
