摘  要:目的:探讨King达标互动理论在外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:将56名护理专科生随机分为调查组和对照组各28人,调查组采用以King达标互动理论为指导的教学方法,对照组采用传统教学法,出科前进行问卷调查和试卷、操作技能考核。结果:调查组知识应用能力、技能操作考核成绩和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:King达标互动理论的应用能提高临床护理教学质量,有助于护生自信心的建立,培养其分析问题、解决问题及人际沟通等综合能力,对未来临床护理工作能够起到指导作用。Objective: To evaluate the application effect of King's theory of goal attainment in clinical surgical teaching. Methods : 56 junior nursing students were randomly divided into a survey group and a control group ( 28 students in each group ). The teaching method was adopted with the guidance of King's theory of goal attainment in the survey group and the traditional teaching method was used in the control group. The questionnaire survey,assessment of paper and operation skill test scores was conducted before the students finished their practice in the department. Results: The application ability of knowledge, achievement of operation skill test of the students and the total score were better and higher in the survey group than the control group ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Application of King's theory of goal attainment can improve the teaching quality of clinical nursing care and can also help the students build self - confidence, develop their comprehensive ability in analyzing and solving problems and interpersonal communication.
