摘  要:在海洋油气集输过程中,管路中易形成强烈段塞流,从而导致管线的机械损坏、加剧管壁腐蚀等危害。为了消除这种危害,对海洋油气集输系统中带有水平管的下倾管-立管系统强烈段塞流压力波动特性进行研究。结果表明,安装有水平管段的这种管路系统与没有安装水平管段的系统相比,其压力波动有两个明显的区别:一是立管中部测压点压力波动曲线在喷发时刻产生急剧上升的压力尖端,折算液速对压力尖端的出现有很大的影响,而折算气速变化对压力突增尖端的影响不大;二是在低的折算液速条件下,下倾管底部测压点最高压力大于其他所有测压点的压力,随折算液速的增大,该点的压力变小,达到正常值。In the offshore oil-gas gathering and transportation systems, due to the characteristics of its gathering and transportation pipelines, it is easy to form severe slugging, resulting in mechanical damage to the pipeline, increasing pipe wall corrosion and so on. The pressure fluctuation characteristics of severe slugging were studied in the horizontal pipe with a downward inclination-riser system of the offshore oil-gas gathering and transportation system. The results show that compared with the. non-horizontal system, there are two typical characteristics for the system with horizontal pipeline. The pressure in the middle of the riser sharply reaches a peak when the slug blowing out and the influence of the liquid superficial velocity on emergence of sophisticated pressure is great. The maximum pressure in the base of the riser is greater than that of any other location of the system for the low liquid su- perficial velocity. The pressure will decrease and become normal with the liquid superficial velocity increasing.
