摘 要:为消除由声波换能器延迟振荡效应对声波飞渡时间测量的影响,提出一种'脉冲串归一化阈值点法'测量方法。首先,对所接收到的声波信号取包络并进行归一化,通过合理设置阈值,获得不同传播距离时含有延迟响应的声波飞渡时间;然后,利用线性拟合获得声波换能器的延迟响应时间,由此即可获得声波飞渡时间。试验结果表明,利用修正后的声波飞渡时间所得到的声波传播速度与理论计算值相比误差小于1 m/s,与修正前的测量结果相比,测量精度提高了一个数量级,具有简单、易行、测量精度高等特点。另外,将所提方法应用于二维圆形边界温度场声学测量系统中,获得了较理想的测量结果。Acoustic transducer delay oscillation can cause delay response time. In order to eliminate the time impact on measurement accuracy of acoustic flying time, a measurement method of burst normalized threshold point method was proposed. First, the received acoustic signals were enveloped and normalized. By setting a reasonable threshold, acoustic flying time with delayed response at different propagation distances was gotten. Then, the acoustic transducer response time delay was obtained using linear regression. And the acoustic flying time was gotten. The results shm~ that the error of the obtained a- coustic propagation speed based on the revised acoustic flying time is less than 1 m/s compared with the theoretical result. The measurement accuracy is improved an order of magnitude compared with measurements before the amendment. At the same time, this measurement is of simplicity and high precision. This method was also used to acoustic measurement system of two-dimensional circular boundary temperature field. And the satisfactory measurement results were obtained.
