卵巢上皮性肿瘤中c-erbB-2及p53蛋白的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:研究癌基因c-erbB-2、抑癌基因p53蛋白在不同性质卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的阳性表达率及其与临床分期、病理分级的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法。结果:c-erbB-2、p53蛋白在卵巢上皮良性肿瘤中表达阴性,交界性肿瘤中表达分别为22.2%、16.7%,恶性肿瘤中阳性表达率分别为51.6%、43.8%。良恶性肿瘤阳性表达率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。恶性肿瘤中c-erbB-2表达与临床分期、病理分级有显著相关性。而p53无相关性。结论:为临床估计卵巢肿瘤恶性程度和预后提供了理论依据,同时,为早日判断肿瘤良恶性提供了检测手段。Objective:To investigate the ralationship between suppressor gene p53,c erbB 2 expression and epithelial ovarian tumor .Methods:Immunohistochemicial staining was used to examine the p53 protein and c erbB 2 protein in 112 cases of epithelial ovarian tumor.Results:The expression rate of p53 protein and c erbB 2 protein were negative in benign neoplasm.The expression rate of p53 protein and c erbB 2 protein were 16.7% and 22.2% respectively in borderline tumor.The positive staining rate of p53 protein and c erbB 2 protein were 43.8% and 51.6% respectively in epithelial ovarian tumor.There was a significant difference in benign and malingnant groups.There was significant correlation between the expression of c erbB 2 protein and clinical periods and pathological degrees.Conclusion:The changes of p53 and c erbB 2 expression played an important role in epithelial ovarian tumor and significantly contributes to the prognosis.
