晨尿中芳香基硫酸酯酶活性检测对乳腺癌患者的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨晨尿中芳香基硫酸酯酶活性检测在乳腺癌患者中的诊断价值。方法采用“芳香基硫酸酯酶检测试剂盒（荧光测定法）”测定乳腺恶性肿瘤组、良性对照组和健康对照组晨尿中的芳香基硫酸酯酶（ARS）活性，并对ARS活性进行统计学比较（u检验，X^2检验）和ROC分析。结果乳腺恶性肿瘤组ARS活性相对于两对照组，均有显著性增高；晨尿中ARS在乳腺癌诊断中的敏感度为57．0％，特异度为97．8％，准确度为69．9％，ROC曲线下面积AUC=0．920。结论晨尿中ARS活性检测对乳腺癌患者的诊断有一定的临床价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of Arylsulphatase （ARS） activity in mammary cancer. Methods Arylsulphatase activity was assayed in urina sanguinis samples of mammary cancer patients and control groups by using the Arylsulphatase Reagent Kit （ Fluorescence Method）. The results were analyzed by u - test, ehi - square test and ROC curves were used for statistical analyses. Results Urine ARS activity in mammary cancer patients was significantly higher than that in the two control groups. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of urine ARS activity in diagnosing mam- mary cancer were 57.0% , 97. 8% , and 69.9% , respectively. The area under the curve（ AUC ） was 0. 920. Conclusion Detection of the ARS activity in urina sangninis using fluorescence method has clinical value in detecting mammary cancer.
