摘　　要：研究引起脑膜瘤瘤周严重脑水肿的原因及其与临床表现的关系。方法　通过分析患者的CT、MRI、肿瘤部位及病理亚型,并进行术后随访调查。结果　主要引流静脉或静脉窦附近的大中型脑膜瘤及病理为血管母细胞型脑膜瘤、血管内皮型脑膜瘤易引起严重的瘤周脑水肿。结论　脑膜瘤的部位、大小、分泌情况。Objective To study the causes leading to serious peritumoral edema of meningioma,and the relation between the causes and clinical manifestations of meningiouma.Methods CT,MRI,position of the tumor and pathological subgroups were analyzed in 38 patients with meningioma associated with serious peritumoral edema,and followed up after operation.Results The results showed that serious peritumoral edema were easily caused by large and middle sized meningioma near the big draining vein or venous sinus,and by angioblastomataus and hemangioendotheliomatous meningioma pathologically.Conclusions This study suggested that peritumoral edema be related to some factors,for example,position of tumor,size,secretion,receptor of sex hormone and whether influncing on venous return and so on.
