醒脑静注射液治疗肝癌高血氨症19例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨醒脑静注射液对肝癌高血氨症的疗效。方法:将38例肝癌高血氨症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,所有患者均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用醒脑静注射液20ml/d,静脉滴注。观察期间两组病人均不予特别饮食干预。治疗2周后检测血氨水平及精神、神经系统变化。结果:2周后,治疗组治疗后血氨显著降低,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。精神、神经系统亦能显著改善,两组病人比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:醒脑静注射液对降低肝癌高血氨,预防肝性脑病有效、方便、安全。Objective：Explore XNJI of hyperammonemia on the efficacy of liver cancer.Method：The 38 cases of liver cancer hyperammonemia were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,all patients were given conventional treatment,treatment group XNJI,20 ml / d,intravenous infusion.Two groups of patients were not observed during the special dietary intervention.2 weeks after the detection of blood ammonia levels and mental and nervous system changes.Result：After 2 weeks after treatment,significantly reduced blood ammonia,with a significant difference（P 0.01）.Mental,nervous system also improved significantly,two groups of patients had significant differences（P 0.01）.Conclusion：XNJI high blood ammonia to reduce liver cancer,prevention of hepatic encephalopathy effective,convenient and safe.
