单纯性肥胖儿童营养运动治疗的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:研究运动与营养疗法对单纯性肥胖儿童的治疗效果。方法:将来院治疗的90名单纯性肥胖儿童随机分为3组,分别采取运动、营养、运动+营养的方法进行治疗。结果:单纯运动、营养及运动+营养调控均能使肥胖儿童体重减轻。运动组、运动+营养组儿童身体素质(肺活量、握力、仰卧起坐、立定跳远、台阶实验指数)比营养组明显提高。运动组、运动+营养组血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯水平较干预前明显降低。结论:运动与运动+营养组在调控肥胖儿童体重和形态方面具有较好效果,其中运动+营养组效果更好。肥胖儿童应采用综合运动处方,在减体重、增加心肺功能的同时,要增强肥胖儿童的力量素质和整体活动能力,养成良好的体育锻炼习惯。Objective ： To study the curative effect of nutritional therapy combined with exercise therapy for children with simple obesity. Methods： Ninety hospitalized children with simple obesity were divided into three groups randomly, then the children in the three groups were treated with exercise therapy, nutritional therapy, and nutritional therapy combined with exercise therapy, respectively. Results： Simple exercise, simple nutrition and nutrition combined with exercise all can cause weight loss among obese children. The physical qualities （including vital capacity, grip strength, abdominal curl, standing long jump and step test index） of children in exercise therapy group and nutritional therapy combined with exercise therapy group were better than those of children in nutritional therapy group. After intervention, the levels of blood glucose, cholesterol and triglyceride in exercise therapy group and nutritional therapy combined with exercise therapy group were significantly lower than those before intervention. Conclusion ： The effects of exercise therapy and nutritional therapy combined with exercise therapy are good in aspects of regulating body weight and shape in obese children, and the effect of nutritional therapy combined with exercise therapy is better. The children with obesity should adopt comprehensive exercise therapy, the strength quality and overall active ability should be enhanced at the same of losing body weight and strengthening cardiopuhnonary function of obese children, good habits of physical exercise should be developed among the children with obesity.
